Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Ensure the security of the organization's IT systems and data by implementing best practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to encourage professional development and high performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the organization receives the best services and products.
- Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate IT support and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and innovations to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting the organization's technology needs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, projects, and initiatives to senior management.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the retail or mall industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Experience in managing teams and leading technology projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize costs while delivering high-quality IT services.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to IT security and data protection.
- A proactive attitude towards technology trends and a willingness to innovate and implement new solutions.
