Job description / Role
The IT Role and key responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, printers, POS, ip phone, public address system, fire alarm system and CCTV surveillance. telephone system PABX administration
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests, providing technical support across the companies
- Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide
- Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations
- Repairing and replacing equipment as required
- In charge of publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing web layout, streamlining navigation and increasing online presence to potential customers
- Excellent knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to websites
- Website coordinators should be familiar with publishing and design software
- Database Management in Server
- Follow documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures
- Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported faults and implementing solutions
- Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Information System or related field;
Experience:
- At least 3-6 years in Information Technology field
- Extensive knowledge of Website designing, updating and installation
- Starting to actively develop an understanding the factory products and market them properly on the website
Personal Attributes:
- A strong communication skills
- A good researching skills and up-to-date awareness of marketing techniques.
- Ability to provide consultation and advise to internal stakeholders
- A strong team-player
- Ability to multi-task
- Maintains and reports against practices that are against Al Bayan values and standards
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure, especially during peak periods
- Highly analytical, and able to suggest solutions to problems
