Job description / Role
Job Purpose
Increase sales through improved customer service and to grow the business by activating the marketing plan and building Brand awareness in our marketing while managing costs
Training & staff Development:
- Staff on boarding process
- Full product knowledge training
- New product training
- Managing new animations in store with the sales team
- Staff product allowances
- Staff grooming and uniforms
- Monitoring, mentoring and giving constructive feedback on staff customer service skills, product knowledge and customer management.
Customer Experience:
- CRM Management (Technology - to record and analyze, Strategy - to develop a philosophy about how relationships with customers and potential customers are managed, Process - to build a system to nurture and manage client relationships.
- In store Activity and events
- Implement loyalty program for existing customers
- Activities to attract new customers and raise Brand awareness in Qatar market
- Management budgets for POSM, TOA’s and GWP’s, Press and influencers gifts
- Recruit corporate customers and improve B2B sales
- Measuring customer satisfaction
PR & Marketing Activities:
- Management of social media
- Networking with key influencers
- Press and influencer events
E-Commerce:
- Management of content (graphics, pricing and content)
- Reviewing and measuring sales and using dat to understand sales pipelines
- Using marketing data and sale reports to make forecasting simpler and more accurate
General:
- Monitoring return on investment for all activity
- Measuring customer engagement
- Measuring sales KPI’s
- streamlining activation process for all animations
- Building strong relationships with a) customers, b) the sales team c) Store Management teams and d) Key influencers and local press
Requirements
University Qualifications: Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 2 years experience

Language Fluency:
- English is essential for this role, Arabic would be an advantage
