Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and coordinate with the team for inputs, execution methodologies, etc.
• Define client's requirements and specify specific needs.
• Have good knowledge of infrastructure background projects and industrial buildings including roads, utilities, and buildings.
• Possess strong writing skills and strong communication skills.
• Prepare RFPs for sub-contractors, review calls for proposals, coordinate with procurement and sub-contractors.
• Able to carry out technical and commercial evaluation, scoring, and evaluation criteria.
• Be well aware of employers' minimum qualifications including local authorities.
• Determine client requirements, perform research, calculate project costs, etc.
• Have knowledge of the market or industry to meet the needs of clients and incorporate them into proposals.
• Have the ability to conduct research and investigate potential opportunities.
• Prepare and present technical presentations to clients and employers, and work with teams of graphic designers and data analysts to develop these visual aids.
• Prepare pre-qualification documents for the company and be responsible for answering PQQs and queries.
