Lead Operation Contracts Officer - Hamad International Airport - Doha

The Lead Operation Contracts Officer will manage and administer HIA Operations contracts. Your responsibilties will include drafting, reviewing, analysing routine projects and facilitating the contract preparation, negotiations and implementation while ensuring maximum benefit to Hamad International Airport.

In this role you will have to review and provide oversight for all existing contracts by inspecting the contract database and providing technical services in developing standard contracts using appropriate language.

You will need to manage contract database, tracking and analysing all contracts as well as preparing revenue budget , analyse variance and highlight exceptions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with demonstrated service contract management and leadership skills.

Ideally, you will also hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Commerce/ Accounting, a minimum of five years of job related experience is preferred with at least three years in the airline/aviation industry.

You must have strong English writing skills.

You must be able to establish and develop effective working relationships with colleagues within and outside the department. A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills is essential to be successful in the role.
