Charterhouse is working in partnership with a Global Financial Services Firm based in Qatar, who is looking to hire a Legal Executive Assistant to support the Management Team.

This role requires someone who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to management, ensuring that critical projects and initiatives are effectively coordinated. Responsibility for calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing agendas, presentations and other related activities are day to day activities of the role.

As the primary point of contact for all administrative matters relating to the Management office this role requires keen attention to detail while handling correspondence and ensuring timely and professional communications as well as collaborating with various departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role providing executive support, within financial or professional services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents is essential for this role.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic as well as experience in handling sensitive and legal information with discretion and professionalism is essential for this role. Our client is looking for someone who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of integrity and reliability. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organisation would be advantageous.
