What you will be doing:

- To ensure swimming pools are cleaned as per hotel schedules and operational times.
- To conduct the pool check list according to the SPA department standards.
- To carry out preventative and routine maintenance on swimming pools per standard and directed. To report any abnormal or unusual incidents to SPA Manager / Assistant Recreation and Spa Manager for his action and follow up.
- To follow and implement all Policies and Procedures of the SPA department.
- Follow up on all Pool Towels that have not been returned to pool counter.
- Ensure pool towel supply is sufficient at pool counter during operational hours.
- Return all dirty towels and collect clean ones every time needed without running out of towel supplies.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience as a Lifeguard with certificates is preferred
- Certification in CPR First Aid required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
