Job description / Role
Loading Assistant - (Ghana Event) - Qatar Aircraft Catering Company - Doha
You will be responsible for Flight Build/ Dispatch/ Loading/ Offloading of flights, as per Customer Specification/ GLP and Food Safety Standard. You will also be responsible for correct/ safe loading and offloading of Catering/Equipment/Bonded Stores and Duty Free as per Customer Specification and Documentation.
Requirements
You should have basic literacy and numeracy skills, English communications skills and up to 2 years experience. High School Qualification is preferred. It is essential that you have knowledge of menu specification, load matrix and menu cycles, good communication in English (spoken and written), flexible in working hours, ability to work under pressure and knowledge of food safety and airside safety.
