Employment: Full Time

Description

Plan, manage and supervise logistics work. Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations. The key task is to organise the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods and to ensure that orders are satisfied correctly.

- Plan, Supervise and schedule logistics work.
- Manage daily Deliveries operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
- Receive daily delivery notes from sales team and manage deliveries within maximum 48 hours to customers.
- Monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and training and safety records.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
- Resolve sales returns issues with warehouse and accounting team.
- Participate in carrier management processes, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation.
- Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.

Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree is a must with relevant qualification in Distribution, Logistics & Transportation.
- Minimum five years' experience in logistics / procurement field.
- Excellent Communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of IT systems to monitor stocks and manage inbound and outbound daily operations.
- Advanced M/S Office user
- Logical reasoning & Numeracy skills
- Team working skills
