Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible to provide professional, warm and customer focused service to the guests in the Lounge and being well prepared for their needs. He/she will need to keep all guests in the lounge informed regarding their flight departure and any other information pertaining to their flight. Greet passengers as they enter the Lounge and introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and offering assistance where required to maintain customer service, Ensure that the reception desk are always manned, and operationally prepared in order to be available for guest as a point of contact, Prepare passenger information sheet and Answer quires.

Requirements

The applicant should have completed high school or have a Diploma in Hotel Management with a minimum of 02 years’ experience in Hotel/Restaurant /Lounges preferably in customer services role. Completed advanced courses or equivalent in Passenger Handling & Customer Services such as Introduction to Civil Aviation, Airport Passenger Handling and Check-in systems. He/she should have excellent communication skills and be customer focused.
