Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a prestigious Luxury Fashion Brand which is looking to hire a strong and dynamic Store Manager for their newly opened store in Place Vendome mall in Doha, Qatar.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a globally recognized iconic fashion house and to be a part of their successful growth and expansion plans within the Middle East region. You will be responsible for the management and operations of the boutique, as well as business development and building strong relationships with the clientele, including the VIP client network. You must be a strong leader in order to ensure your team achieves the best results and exceeds the store and their individual targets and KPIs. You will recruit, train and motivate new team members and will ensure they have excellent product knowledge at all times. You will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage. You will report directly to the Regional Retail Director for the Middle East Region and the HQ in Europe.
Requirements
Our client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong English communication skills both verbal and written are essential, and fluency in a second language is an advantage.
You must to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working for an international luxury brand at managerial level. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for fashion and understanding of the local market and its clientele.
