Job description / Role
Leading International Banking Organisation is looking to hire experienced M&A Analysts with recent Equity Capital Markets experience. With great international exposure and a strong brand. This is a role where you can gain great deal exposure much earlier than you would at a bulge bracket bank, and also be given more responsibility.
You will be working alongside highly experienced individuals, who have worked in the major European financial centres coming from Bulge Bracket banks and the big consultancy firms. They have in-depth knowledge of M&A and can provide great mentorship to young bankers looking to build their careers.
This is an entrepreneurial role where you will gain excellent exposure to deals in a structure that promotes growth, coaching and mentoring of junior staff. Great opportunity to work on large scale and mid-market transactions.
Duties:
- You will be required to prepare pitch-books, information memorandum and management presentations
- This role will be heavily involved on the origination, valuation and execution of (ECM) Equity Capital Markets transactions
- To carry out due diligence & financial analysis
- All aspects of financial Modelling & Valuations
- Various ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
Ideally you should have a minimum of 2 years (ECM) Equity Capital Markets experience gained from a top tier bank or boutique, either in an ECM (Equity Capital Markets) team or a Coverage team with IPO exposure.
Strong valuation experience – candidates coming from a big consultancy background would be advantageous.
You must have a good degree gained at a reputable University.
Ideally you should have strong presentation skills gained from a top Investment Bank.
The package on offer is negotiable and will include a Basic Salary, Housing Allowance, Transport Allowance, All Insurances, Flights plus additional Benefits and Performance related Bonus.
