Maintenance Inspector Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Manage and schedule resources for the Maintenance Inspector team.
• Validate inspection reports and ensure accurate and timely submission to management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Maintenance Inspectors.
• Oversee the execution of high-priority inspections, including incident-related and high-risk area assessments.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure inspections align with organizational objectives.
• Ensure all team members are adequately trained and comply with safety standards.
• Report to senior management on inspection findings and propose actions for improvement.
• scheduling resources, validating inspection reports, and providing guidance and support to the inspection team to ensure high standards of maintenance and safety are upheld.
• Promote continuous improvement on the inspection methodology based on the learnings on a periodic basis.
• Liaise with the respective team to ensure the findings are highlighted and addressed.
• Utilize all the available tools to optimize the inspection.
• Perform risk analysis on inspection findings to prioritize actions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields or equivale
• 10+ years in maintenance inspection or a related supervisory role.
• Experience in the Railway industry (preferred)
• Functional understanding of all railways technical disciplines e.g. Rollingstock, Signaling,
• Telecommunication, MEP, HVAC, Fire Life Safety System, track, etc. would be highly advantageous.
