Requirements
• Engineering Qualifications a BSc is essential

• Total Number of MEP Services and System acquainted with in the Hotel and Leadership Skills
• Fire and Life Safety (FLS) System Knowledge
• Non Fire and Life Safety (non-FLS) System Knowledge
• BMS System Knowledge
• Trouble Shooting Knowledge
• Routine, Preventive, Predictive Maintenance Knowledge
• Operational Knowledge of Hotel and Systems
• Cost / Energy Savings Measure Knowledge
