Client Details:
Leading international facilities management company in Qatar

Description:
* As the Maintenance Manager- HVAC and BMS will have overall accountability for meeting operational team objectives through demonstrating a leadership style that at all times is customer centric. The post holder will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build and sustain strong working relationship
* Being responsible for all day to day aspects related to the operations within the service according to the contract specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
* Develop and manage a successful preventive maintenance plan
* Having full working knowledge of the areas in the building which are covered by the services run by the company.
* Being responsible for work allocation to the team (staff and equipment).
* Perform health, safety and environment inspections

Job Offer:
30 000 QAR

Requirements

* 15+ years experience within HVAC and BMS
* 5+ years within Senior management
* Experience within leading airports
* GCC experience is preferable
