Job description / Role
Engineering / Maintenance Manager.
The successful candidate must have experience in commercial laundry equipment and machineries.
• Makes sure machinery for washing and drying clothes for a commercial laundry is working efficiently and effectively.
• Test the water to make sure it is of good enough quality for clothes washing and generating steam.
• Ensure systems and procedures are adhered to.
• Works near noisy and sometimes hot machines in the workshop, production areas and boiler room.
Requirements
• Multi-skilled
• Have expert knowledge in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and computerized systems
• Have electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge
• Logical, practical and adaptable
• Self-motivated
• Work alone or as part of a team
• Physically fit
