Job description / Role
Guildhall is recruiting for a hospital in Qatar which is growing its facility management division. We are recruiting a team of over 30 maintenance technicians across all disciplines to join the team as early as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and / or adjust all types of electrical, HVAC equipment and civil/architectural issues.
- Be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our guest and employees, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency.
- Act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status, and inform Engineering Management of any emergencies.
- Train and instruct other members of the staff.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Qualifications in order to be invited for an interview:
- 2 years work experience in hospital or medical industry
- Local language an advantage
- Certificate in a trade of building
- Available locally in Qatar
