Job description / Role
A main contractor developing a major economic zone in Qatar requires a Project Director. Somebody with significant experience in delivering large scale civil infrastructure projects across the GCC.
Well Rounded Civil Infrastructure experience with detailed knowledge of the below:
* Deep & Shallow Utilities (Dry & Wet)
* Deep Drainage
* Deep Manhole
* Deep Shafts
* Dewatering
* Roads
* Electrical Infrastructure
* Roads Landscaping
Requirements
You must have:
* Experience in working in this position for the past 3-5 years
* Experience - Min 15-20yrs. ideally with at least 10 yrs. in Qatar/GCC
* Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
* Main Contractor experience
* Expertise in writing & Presentation skills
* Leadership & Team Building skills
* Experience in Design & build Projects
* Experience in Managing Authorities & Stakeholders requirements
