Job description / Role
- Male Jordanian Director Of Banquet Operations up to 10K QR++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Qatar
- Provides leadership, direction and support to the Banquets and Culinary teams
- Provides overall direction, coordination and ongoing evaluation of meetings, weddings, catering, and events
- Maintains strong awareness of trends in events, food, and service
- Reviews and approves all billings prior to submitting for processing
- Conducts in-house tours with staff for clients prior to event
- Provides detailed execution of all BEOs
- Empathy towards the customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Open to JORDANIAN nationals
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree graduate or Diploma holder
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role
- Excellent written, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Can join immediately (max 1 month)
- Work Location: Doha, Qatar
- Salary up to 10,000 QR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and duty meals
