Mall Maintenance Manager - Doha Qatar - Immediate start
Our client is a leading Facilities Management service provider specialsing in Technical Services (MEP). They require a Mall Maintenance Manager for their clients site in Qatar. Candidates should be able to speak Arabic, have experience in managing a large blue collar work force delivering MEP maintenance to a large site (shopping mall ideally). Candidates should be qualified in an engineering discipline, should understand planned maintenance schedules and be familiar with contracts containing service level agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Requirements
• Arabic speaker
• Technical qualification in Engineering discipline
• Maintenance management experience
• Experience managing a team of technicians and supervisors
• Good communication skills
