Job description / Role
Purpose: To prepare detailed, complete and accurate financial forecasts and analysis of financial statements.
Responsible to gather and analyze data and assess the operational performance of the client companies and assess Financial viability of the Project in compliance within the rules and regulations.

Description
- Obtain required documents from the Business Finance Department Relationship Manager for a start-up business and review the feasibility study and to prepare the financial forecasting for the customer's company.
- Liaise with the Relationship Manager for the financial statements of the customer and any clarifications relating to the same and prepare financial spreading for customer's company using in-house financial spreading module.
- Prepare financial forecasting (Debt Service Statement) using in-house financial forecasting module for existing and new customers applying for a new loan.
- Highlight variances by comparing the financial achievements with projections/ estimates of last year.
- Discuss and review the financial spreading / Financial Forecasts in coordination with the Head of financial forecasting.

Requirements
5-8 years of in a Finance Analyst, Forecast Analyst, Risk Management or relevant function with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a Gulf/Local bank.
Qualification in Finance (CA/CMA/CFA/ACCA) - essential
