Manager - HR Consultant (Professional Services)
Charterhouse is working with a global consultancy firm who is looking to hire a Manager to join its HR consultancy division, otherwise known as People Advisory/Change. Our client is ideally seeking an Arabic speaker however for the right candidate Arabic it is not essential.
This 360 degree consultancy role will report to the Senior Manager and will take the lead on many projects. Working closely with clients, you will be responsible for project proposals, report writing and consulting with clients on best practice, strategy and HR operations such as organisational design, talent development, job analysis, compensation and benefits, benchmarking, performance management and HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have worked within a consultancy firm on HR projects and supervised a team. You should be polished and driven, have excellent communication and leadership skills and be results driven with the passion to succeed. This role with require an immediate start for the right candidate.
