Manager Operation Contracts - Hamad International Airport - Doha

The Manager Operation Contracts role is to review and analyse all contracts while ensuring maximum benefit and minimum exposure to risk. Assure that operational performance of contractors is identified, recognized or corrected and assures that the performance and work contracted meet the service objectives of Hamad International Airport.

In this role you will need to research and prepare the contracting and negotiating strategy considering all economic variables and indices to attain a superior informed negotiating positions, considers creative solutions. As well as negotiating and managing external and internal procurement and contracting arrangements

You will be responsible to monitor contract budgets and forecasts and regularly monitor the performance of contracted services to ensure services are effective.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will need to have a Bachelor degree in a related discipline and be fluent in English.

You will have a minimum of 7 years experience in contracts management and have significant experience successfully managing high-profile contracts including incentivised service level agreements.

Airport experience would be highly regarded also.
