Role:
KPMG's Advisory practice is one of the largest Advisory businesses worldwide and the major growth area for our organization. Our services are focused on the Finance Function and we work with clients in identifying and tackling their challenges in Growth, Governance and Performance. Our Advisory teams support businesses as they restructure and expand, whether organically or by acquisition. We help them to become more efficient and provide support as they adapt to the challenges posed by a rapidly changing business environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities/Accountability:
•Acquire new HR Advisory business through proactive business development, superior delivery and client relationship management
•Manage HR advisory Projects with a team of consultants and individually as the need may be – through efficient risk management, timely and appropriate delivery within budgets, timely billing & collections, reporting and feedback ensuring positive client feedback and repeat business
•Lead new initiatives for growing the HR Advisory offerings of KPMG in Qatar & Bahrain
•Keep abreast of latest trends in HRM and consulting and disseminating the knowledge appropriately across the service line/BU
•Provide appropriate guidance and mentoring support to junior team members as their performance manager with a view to developing their skill sets and improving overall team capabilities

Requirements

The Individual:
•MBA – HR
•Other relevant HR Certifications

Experience Expected:
•Strong HR concepts and documentation skills in at least any three of the following areas: organization and jobs design including job evaluation compensation & rewards; training/competency development/career & succession planning; performance management etc.
•Good understanding of HR consulting requirements – business development, project management, delivery and client management
•Financial Services, Infrastructure/Construction, Oil & Gas industry exposure will be an advantage
