Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Managing Director to lead the launch of a new oil & gas fabrication line within one of Qatar’s largest and fully prepped industrial facilities. This is a ground-up opportunity for a driven leader who can:

• Establish the entire operation from scratch
• Secure qualifications, certifications, and local approvals
• Hire and manage a skilled team for fabrication and related roles
• Secure contracts directly with major EPC companies

• Proven experience in the GCC/MENA oil & gas fabrication sector
• Strong network and direct contacts with EPC companies
• Demonstrated ability to secure fabrication contracts
• Track record in setting up or scaling industrial operations
• Understanding of local qualification and approval processes
• Leadership experience at a senior or managing director level
