Managing Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Client is a reputable construction contractors based in Qatar and they are looking to recruit a Western Educated Managing Quantity Surveyor for a large buildings project
Reporting into the Project Director, the ideal candidate for this role needs to have at least 10 year’s experience working for main contractors.

Requirements

- Mainly buildings or fit-out project experience
- At least 5 years working GCC experience
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS (or working towards membership)
- The ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Experience of working with FIDIC contracts and Candy software

Preferably you will already be working in the Gulf Region. This is an ongoing contract where you will be responsible for all commercial duties. An attractive salary is on offer with the option of family status.
