Job description / Role
Currently recruiting for a Managing Surveyor/Commercial Manager for Fit out business who are owned by a main contractor in Qatar.
The candidate will be managing 11 Quantity Surveyors covering multiple projects which value from 10million - 35 million Qatari Riyals.Tthe position is to head up the commercial team covering all aspects of their fit out business.
Requirements
• Must have worked in Qatar for either a Main contractor or Fit out contractor
• Be able to manage a large team of Surveyors
• Manage multiple projects at one given time
• 10 years experience minimum
• Fit out or main contractor experience in Europe
• Western educated
• Ideally have a joinery background
