Manpower Planning Analyst

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Manpower Planning Analyst to maintain the organisational structure of the company. This role will be based in their Doha office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining positions and organisational structure records within HRIS
• Reviewing the organisational structure changes and preparing summaries on the impacts of these changes
• Supporting business units’ annual manpower budget preparations
• Providing manpower utilisation efficiency reports and analytics
• Conducting job evaluations, and job & manpower utilisations within the organisation
• Ensuring the most skilled people within the company are distributed correctly and efficiently

Requirements

PROFILE

• University degree qualification in Business, Human Resources, or similar subject
• At least 5 years’ experience
• Ideally have a background in human resources, with knowledge of HRIS or SAP software
• Organised and capable of multitasking
• Experience with Power BI, and analytics
• Fluent in English with very strong verbal and written communication skills
