Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: To assist the Marketing Manager in providing support for all Mirqab Mall activations and to support all retailers in the group.

Main Responsibilities:

- Creating Mirqab Mall awareness will collaborating with marketing consultancy agency based in Ireland and with Al Mana Media
- Support with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as mall guides, vinyl’s write and proofread both English and Arabic marketing copy for both online and print campaign
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Source and secure sponsorship
- Manage all activation and events in Mirqab Mall including visiting production houses and working closely with Security and facilities.
- Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Collating content from retailers and external stakeholders to use for promoting on the website and social media channels.
- Liaising with retailers on a regular basis and building a relationship with them.
- Responding to retailer queries received on a daily basis and ensuring a swift response to their enquiries
- Producing ‘Edits’, the monthly retailer newsletter, using Microsoft Publisher software
- Updating and maintaining retailer marketing contact database
- Managing retailers’ digital assets through the digital team based in Ireland
- Undertake a daily mall walks to keep an eye on store presentation, store messages for marketing purposes and mall standards.
- Updating retailer offers list for the Westfield website and feeding this through to the Digital and Retail Relations teams
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar field
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role
