My client is looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager, with a +10 years experience in Real Estate to expand its in-house expertise.
This role will be about developing an integrated Marketing and Sales strategies to align with long term business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring marketing and sales department.
- Developing an integrated marketing and sales strategy
- Controlling sales and marketing budget, procurement, invoicing and resources
- Establishing and implementing key strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, identifying new growth opportunities and maximizing profitable sales
- Exploring and developing new opportunities for growth : new concepts or services
- Managing KPI's for marketing team
- Work closely with the Development team to guarantee maximum profitability of properties
- Reinforce external marketing, communications and corporate branding

Requirements

- The successful applicant will have a proven track record with marketing and sales with at least 10 years' experience, in a leadership position within a Real Estate Brand.
- You have a strong development and management experience and will have the ability to create digital marketing strategies.
- You are familiar with real estate marketing and sales ideally from a developer perspective.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English and a MBA in Marketing and Sales.
