Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Design and production aspects of marketing the club, facilities and its services.
• Through graphic design, email marketing, website, social media, internal media and any other tactics approved by management
• Develop and design online and print advertising, brochures, newsletters, menu’s, brochures, marketing emails, and other collateral and presentation materials; make artistic layouts independently and within brand guidelines; web development (updating existing pages and creating new pages using existing layouts.
• In line with social media marketing activity. )
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, methods and concepts.
• Management, content production and updating of social media profiles, creative, production, writing posts.
• Monitoring and reporting on statistics.
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and techniques.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality production within the shortest possible timeline.
• Estimating the time required to complete jobs and sharing with all stakeholders via a shared file.
• Weekly meeting to review progress with all stakeholders.
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Professional photography services for menu’s, online marketing, club events etc.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same position.
• Preference will be given to candidate with the 5-star hotel or club experience.
• Qualification: Graduate
• Demonstrate continuous effort to streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality production within the shortest possible timeline.
