Marketing Engineer

Job description / Role

- Ensure that he / she understands the Local (QCS) and International (BS EN, BS, ASTM,AISI, etc….) standards.
- Ensure that he / she can be able to determine the usage of EXMET products (Block Accessories, Plastering Accessories, Steel Lintel, Gypsum Accessories, Cable Management System, Cable Trunking and Cladding Fixing System) in building construction.
- Make Material Submittals: Pre-qualification documents, Compliance Statements and the like.
- Visit Consultants to approve EXMET in their Vendor's List.
- Product Development as per international specifications and market situation.

Requirements

- Must be a graduate of any Engineering degree or Architecture.
- A background in Civil Engineering or Building Construction is preferable.
- Valid driver’s license is a must.
- Should be proficient in MS Office Applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
- Must be knowledgeable in Auto Cad and able to read Engineering drawings.
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- Experience or knowledge in the GCC market is an advantage.
- NOC is required if currently employed.
- Knowledge in English Language (Read, Write, Speak).

Then by the year 2003, EXMET has extended the scope of business to include gypsum accessories, steel lintels, cable trays and cable trunking and cladding fixing which are being manufactured according to international standards and customer\\'s specifications.
