Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our innovative team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing below-the-line marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement below-the-line marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and engage with potential customers.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to optimize marketing initiatives and ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to management, highlighting successes and areas for development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in below-the-line marketing or a similar role, preferably within the industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and solving problems.
- Familiarity with the local market in Qatar and knowledge of cultural nuances that affect marketing strategies is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications
Salary:
QAR
3,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
