This role is suited for a capable and driven Marketing Executive with retail marketing experience, who can translate strategy into effective execution. The position plays a key role in delivering marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support sales performance, and ensure smooth marketing operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
• Manage social media presence using tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Support promotional activities and marketing projects across business units.
• Prepare internal and external communications, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate Marketing Operations meetings and follow up on action items.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and online advertising, to support sales growth.
Requirements:
• Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a retail or consumer-focused environment.
• Sound understanding of retail marketing principles, campaign execution, and market trends.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and performance analytics.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
