Marketing Executive (Real Estate – Residential Experience)

Job description / Role

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote real estate projects and services.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, advertisements) ensuring brand consistency and high-quality presentation.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, track effectiveness, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and develop targeted campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to boost brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for compelling content creation.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools (CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for real estate marketing and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary:
QAR 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
