Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Execute implementation plan set by Marketing Manager as per assigned guidelines.
- Coordinate marketing related projects with the appointed marketing agencies as per set guidelines by the Marketing Manager.
- Constant follow-up, updates and regular meetings with third party consultants, agencies and suppliers.
- Prepare proper job brief request, initiate advertising and communication briefs and ensure effective implementation.
- Ensure that the company’s corporate identity is implemented in all activities as per the guidelines.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide reports to assist Marketing *Manager to evaluate on a strategic level.
- Follow the approved marketing budgets and ensure that suppliers’ costs and finance procedures are in line with the Group’s Policy.
- Develop and coordinate with the Marketing Manager all necessary and continuous media plans, direct marketing solutions, PR and events, below and above the line activities.
- Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
- Prepare periodic reports on the performance of marketing vehicles used and third party consultants.

Requirements

- Male, Excellent English communication, Advantage if can communicate in Arabic.
- Qatar Driver's License is a must.
- Candidate must have Experience in automotive sector.
