Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans in line with company objectives and seasonal retail calendars.
• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns to drive store footfall, promotions, and product launches.
• Manage the promotional and campaign calendar in coordination with Operations, Sales, and Merchandising teams.
• Ensure timely execution of in-store branding, visual marketing materials, and promotional assets.
Digital & Brand Communication
• Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities, including social media content, basic paid campaigns coordination, and website/e-commerce support (if applicable).
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Coordinate photo shoots, content creation, and creative outputs to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
Team Leadership & Coordination
• Lead and supervise the marketing team consisting of:
• Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.
• Review team performance, provide guidance, and support skills development within the team.
• Ensure effective collaboration between marketing and other departments (Operations, Stores, E-commerce).
Budget & Performance Monitoring
• Support budget planning and monitor marketing expenses to ensure cost control and efficient use of resources.
• Track and report on campaign performance, footfall impact, and engagement metrics.
• Prepare periodic marketing reports (MIS) highlighting activities, results, and improvement areas.
Vendor & Agency Coordination
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, printers, and agencies as required.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and cost effectiveness of outsourced marketing services.
Requirements:
• Strong execution and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of retail marketing and sportswear industry dynamics
• Hands-on leadership and people management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Arabic nationals are preferred for this role.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or consumer marketing, preferably in apparel or sports retail
• Prior experience leading or coordinating a small marketing or creative team is an advantage
