Mechanical Inspector

Job description / Role

Responsible for the construction and implementation on site, as well as supervision and progress monitoring of all MEP activities including detailed design review, equipment installation progress, factory acceptance tests, testing & commissioning and the system integration tests etc.

• Site supervision.
• Ensure proper the execution of works with respect to Contract Documents.
• Preparation of daily work report contractor’s manpower & safety requirement log sheet and checking it daily.
• Issue Pro-active Notification & Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to the Construction Organization representative/ Contractors if violation on the quality standard.
• Ensuring the proper implementation of inspection and testing procedures, Project specification, QA/QC procedures, Method statements, and ITPs through surveillance and monitoring of the daily site activities.
• Enforce performance of the work in strict accordance with the approved Quality, safety, and environment standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors of Science in Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in site supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
