Job description / Role
Objectives: The Media Account Manager will assist in driving awareness, excitement and revenue for the assigned casual dining concepts through digital media programs – select social media platforms, email, text messaging (SMS), online advertising, in-store videos and more. The incumbent will work closely with local bloggers and influencers, managing the relationship from locating the potential candidates, through to creating adverts in Adobe Creative Suite quickly as and when the business requires.
Main responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities in new social media channels to achieve business goals
• Manage paid search, display and retargeting campaigns
• Research and identification of targeted keywords for use in paid campaigns
• Complete all daily administrative tasks and tracking of expenses
• Collect digital content from brands/suppliers in order to prepare in-store videos for campaigns
• Execute text message marketing campaigns and promotions
• Liaise with the operations team and leverage insights to develop monthly content plans in accordance with monthly campaigns
• Manage the day-to-day audience engagement and response, representing the organization in a professional manner
• Develop and implement social media strategies to continuously grow the brand social media following
• Execute promotional campaigns to continuously grow email database
• Assist with the development and preparation of content for the website – newsletter, blog and other digital assets
• Execute all email campaigns including weekly e-newsletter and special offers/sale
• Preparation of monthly reports on all social media platforms
• Determine key metrics and insights, providing recommendations for changes or action of the operations team if required

Requirements
University Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communication or related fields
Nature and length of previous experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing preferably in the food and beverage industry
