Due to client Visa Restrictions, Only Western Candidates can be considered for this position.

We are currently retained by an International Main Contractor to assist in appointing a MEP Commissioning Manager to be part of a Major Infrastructure project (roads, sewers, water pipelines, cable ductbanks, switchgear buildings and pump stations) in Qatar.

Reporting directly to the Project Director you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing and managing the commissioning plan
- Obtaining all necessary permits, licenses and certificates
- Liaising with the construction team to ensure work is carried out in line with the commissioning, quality and safety plan
- Ensuring all documentation is completed and processed as per the clients requirements
- Liaising with project consultant, project client and other government bodies to ensure smooth running of the project

Package: 55-60K QAR per month + flights + Medical
Equivalent: $180-195,000 Per Year TAX FREE

Requirements

- Degree in relevant subject
- Minimum 10 years dedicated Commissioning experience
- Experience setting up, developing and managing commissioning teams
- Experience managing all commissioning activities from construction stage including: writing, developing and managing commissioning plans, method statements, obtaining permits, testing, inspections, documentation and reporting
- Experienced in T&C of HV and EHV substations and pump stations, with 22kv experience a distinct advantage
