Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting the growth of one of the most prestigious organisations in the state of Qatar.
Following exceptional Q4 20 and Q1 21 performance, the organisation is using this momentum to grow its diverse portfolio of developments across Doha.
As such we are looking for an MEP Manager who has experience working on multiple mixed-use projects ideally in Qatar or across the wider GCC.
We are looking for a candidate who can manage projects from the design phase through to facility management. This position will be responsible for a team of over 100 staff and will need to have extensive knowledge of maintenance work.

Requirements
In order to be a suitable candidate for this role, we require your profile to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent Engineering disciplines
- Experienced overseeing multiple construction projects and maintenance
- Expert in Mixed-Use developments (Hotels, Offices, Retail, Leisure facilities, etc)
- Must have worked for a Developer, Design Manager or Main Contractor
- Ideally experienced in Qatar or significant GCC experience
