The welfare of migrant workers within Qatar has become of profound importance in recent years. With such huge developments such as the Doha Expressway, Hamad International Airport, Doha Metro, FIFA 2022 and all the developments associated with the Qatar 2030 vision, the need to ensure migrant workers are well taken care of is essential.
Guildhall has a requirement for a Migrant Worker Welfare Manager.
Requirements
* Degree educated
* Operated in a management capacity related to managing Migrant Workers issues
* Experience on major infrastructure programmes in Doha
* Track record of managing the Migrant Welfare needs of workers both on construction sites and their accommodation
* Familiar with Qatar Labour Law
