Employment: Full Time

Our prestigious client who is a global leader in their field, is looking to hire an experienced, driven and proactive Office Administrator/Manager who will join the team in start-up stages overseeing all office administrative tasks and external correspondence.

Acting as the primary local interface for the company, both internal and external, your honed administration and organisational skills will be utilized to the fullest in this busy role ensuring the office runs smoothly and in-line with international company policy. These responsibilities include but are not limited to updating and maintaining compliance manuals, coordinating and maintaining office registers, maintaining Compliance Records and ensuring the office adheres to local statutory requirements. You will also be responsible for the administration of the office budget and reporting, support in all IT, Communication matters and regional events, inventory management (office/marketing collateral), health insurance administration, employee leave and other local personnel issues.

Requirements

This is an amazing opportunity to join a forward thinking internationally recognised organisation, therefore the successful candidate should be a commercially astute self-starter with outstanding presentation and communication skills who has the desire to learn and be embedded into the organisation for the long-term. You should have experience in an international organisation along with outstanding MS Office, organisational and planning skills, a high attention to detail and confidentiality, the ability to work independently, initiative, and be able to work under pressure. Arabic is essential.
