Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any Stream
• Other certifications obtained: ISO Certified
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Business Development Department of Construction and Contracting companies in Qatar.
• Specialist knowledge: Contract Administration, Tender Processing, Bidding, Managing ISO Certifications for the company and Audit, Handling Correspondences, Document Control, Planning & Progress of the Project.
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Gender Preference: Female only
• Current Location: Qatar
