Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a well-established legal firm who is looking to hire an Office Manager to join their busy and expanding law firm. This is initially a half day position with a possibility to become full time in the future.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for performing highly confidential administrative duties, including but not limited to diary management, travel arrangements, editing and reviewing correspondence, basic book keeping, managing and supporting the administrative and legal staff, and client management.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be Degree educated, have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and environment, preferably in the Middle East. In addition, you will have strong attention to detail, be professional, discreet and use your own initiative. The ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills in English, both verbal and written and should be familiar with working with Microsoft Office, and experience of Sage is advantageous.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in business development support and/or marketing.
