Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, operational, and logistical functions to support a high-profile individual. This role requires a highly professional, discreet, and proactive individual who can manage office operations, coordinate schedules, handle confidential matters, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage the VIP’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle high-level correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
• Ensure all business and personal affairs are efficiently organized and executed.
• Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, reports, and confidential documents.
2. Office & Staff Management
• Supervise office staff, drivers, and support personnel, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and household needs.
• Oversee office budgets, procurement, and expense tracking.
3. Communication & Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact between the VIP and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with government entities, business leaders, and personal staff.
• Handle VIP guest relations, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and professionalism.
4. Travel & Logistics Coordination
• Arrange travel bookings, including private and commercial flights, visas, and accommodations.
• Coordinate transportation, security, and itinerary planning for local and international trips.
• Ensure all logistics for meetings, events, and engagements are seamlessly handled.
5. Confidentiality & Crisis Management
• Maintain the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
• Be available for urgent matters and work beyond standard office hours when required.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in executive office management, high-level personal assistance, or working with VIPs, government officials, or business leaders.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (or any other relevant languages).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and executive management tools.
Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability.
Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel if required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
• Strong understanding of business etiquette and cultural sensitivity.
• Male candidate ( Preferably wearing Qatari Dress )
