Description
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
- To constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring spend per head is increased year on year, without jeopardising guest satisfaction and quality
- Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback

Requirements
- Must have 6- 10 yrs relevant in high-end food trading, supply, logistic and operations at managerial level.
- Graduate of any business degree essential, MSc or MA in food technology will be added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines ( Middle east region)
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
