Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main responsibilities:

Conversion readiness assessment

- Review the Client’s operational processes in the following areas: key infrastructure, IT platforms, reports, file transfer, system interfaces, partner, vendors, and system capabilities
- Conduct an assessment of the Client’s current end-to-end operations processes for data generation (MIS, Accounting, etc.)
- Liaise between client and Delivery team for integration
- Coordinate between different client teams involved in the project
- Coordinate/translate requirements between us and the MEA Client IT team
- Align set up of required system set-ups such as: connectivity, simulator, testing (Testcases, Testcards, Test keys)
- Set up of personalization systems, EMV settings, Card design approval, etc. (jointly with selected EMV vendor)
- Drive system and operational testing at client end
- Support implementation process of CMS
- Build conversion monitoring reporting
- Project tracking, follow up and alert raising

Implementation support

- Conduct an analysis and documentation of the data samples, end-to-end transactions flow and data inputs collected from Phase a above such as: card issuing processes, card maintenance processes, and customer risk assessment
- Design a high-level roadmap for Bank to implement the proposed initiatives (high level timeframes, requirements, etc.)
- Support in implementing processes: card issuance (plastic production and personalization), PIN production, statement production, accounting requirements, authorization processing, clearing and settlement processing, reporting delivery and data warehousing, and risk management.
- Support the readiness across the following operations and IT areas:
- Key management processes (incorporating current security officer concept of MEA Client)
- Card design / card personalization testing
- CMS certification for contactless (including support for NAPS contactless certification)
- Risk / Fraud management tool verification (Risk/Fraud management rules migration & verifications from existing rules)
- Customer data management
- Parameters setting
- Migration processes (migration plan & strategy, Data cleansing and data mapping)
- 3D-secure (Support in Securecode certification with Arcot)
- Rewards on debit spend (technical integration of existing loyalty program in our Debit)

Duration: 2 month contract
Desired start date: ASAP

Objectives: The objective of the role is to finalise two major migrations

- Product (Debit) Flip from one scheme to another
- Closed loop cards (currently 330k cards) to open loop cards (currently 70k cards)

Requirements

The right candidate must have experience with:

- Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure in cards management
- Expertise in end to end card operations processes
- In-depth knowledge of processes and systems
- Expertise in end to end test management with various parties involved
- Knowledge of EMV settings
- Expertise in card production environment and card design processes
- Experience in card migrations/card conversion projects
- Being acquainted with file transfers & interfaces
- Literacy in 3D Secure implementation
- In-depth expertise in scheme card certification processes
- Knowledge of IT implementation of loyalty & rewards cards programmes
