Job description / Role
The client, a well-known group of companies in Qatar is looking to recruit an Operations Director to join their growing team.
As an Operations Director, you will be responsible to enhance the overall guest experience, strengthen the retail operations and grow the business while maintaining compliance with company’s practices, cost projections and mission statements.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Hotel Management or Business Administration or related field
• Bakery, catering, coffe shop experience of not less than 5 years
• With extensive experience in operations and retail
• Has business to business and production experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work and authorize to work in Qatar
