Job description / Role
Guildhall is working with a highly respected Facility Management service provider to assist them in identifying their new Operations Director.
- This is a brand new role and will be reporting directly to the regional director and will be responsible for multiple FM projects as well as being the face of high-level business development opportunities.
We are looking for someone with previous recent experience in Qatar as well as a good track record of business management and business development.
Requirements
In order to be considered for the role, we would be looking for demonstrable experience in:
- Facility Management Operations Management
- Over 15 years experience with the last 10 years within the FM industry
- Experience working in the Qatar market
- Experienced working services side, client-side will be considered
- Able to obtain a visa in Qatar
